Our hosting provider, Vercel, processes information needed to deliver and protect the website, such as IP addresses, requested URLs, and device information. See Vercel’s privacy policy.

Optional analytics

If analytics is configured and you accept analytics cookies, we use Google Analytics to understand page visits, referring sites, device categories, demo feature selections, and interactions with our website. Analytics does not load before you accept. We do not send names, email addresses, company names, drawing contents, or form text as analytics event data. Analytics URLs omit query strings and fragments.

Google processes analytics data under its policies. See how Google uses information from partner sites. Advertising personalization is disabled in our website analytics configuration.

Your choices and browser storage

You can accept or decline optional analytics and change your choice using Cookie preferences in the footer. Withdrawing consent stops further analytics collection from this website and clears accessible Google Analytics cookies. It does not delete data previously sent to Google. We remember your cookie choice for six months. Essential browser storage also remembers motion preferences, selected demo features during your session, and calculator worksheets you choose to save.

Contact and booking information

If you email us, we receive the information you choose to include and use it to respond to your request. The Founding 4 form prepares an email in your own email app; you must send it to complete an application. Demo scheduling takes place on Cal.com, where you provide booking details. See Cal.com’s privacy policy. A booking integration, when configured, records booking identifiers, event type, status, and timing to measure completed demos. It does not store attendee names, email addresses, or notes in the booking analytics ledger.

Contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of personal information we hold about you, or to ask about retention and service providers. This notice describes our public website. Customer drawings and data processed inside the HERA product are subject to the applicable customer agreement and product privacy information.
